Recent and Upcoming Upgrades and Changes to our Services.

In response to customer feedback, we are pleased to announce new capabilities to our service. The most important change is that when customers request a shipment, they will now be able to receive quotes and select the carrier and service of their choice.

This change will impact those customers that are in legacy plans that include free shipments. Under the new format, those customers will still continue to receive free shipments but now the free shipment will include a dollar allowance rather than a weight allowance. With this change customers with free shipments will be able to appy their free shipment allowance to any courier and service! As before, the allowance will only be applied to the first shipment of the month.

If due to the changes described above, any customer wants to change from their legacy plan to one of our new membership plans, we will be happy to accomodate any requests for change at no cost within 30 days after the changes are implemented.
